You must not use fictitious details, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of a third party without express authorisation.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibetmy login credentials, including your username and password. ibetmy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.1 Deposits: ibetmy accepts deposits via the Malaysian payment methods listed on the Platform, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ibetmy reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to compatibility. ibetmy reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods not used for deposit may be subject to additional verification.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering: ibetmy operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account where activity patterns suggest potential money laundering, match-fixing facilitation, bonus abuse, or other financial crime. During an AML review, ibetmy may place a temporary hold on withdrawal functionality.
4.5 Chargebacks: Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated against a deposit made to ibetmy will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account pending investigation. ibetmy reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from any remaining account balance, together with any reasonable administrative costs incurred in resolving the dispute.
5.1 ibetmy may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your ibetmy account in bonus funds form and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal values will be specified per promotion.
5.3 ibetmy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, ibetmy will honour the original promotional terms applicable at the time of crediting, subject to Section 5.4.
5.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting with other accounts to exploit bonus terms, or systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals attributable to bonus abuse, and permanent account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on the ibetmy sportsbook are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules govern settlement of bets where matches are abandoned, postponed, or subject to dispute.
6.2 Casino games offered through the ibetmy Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios. The rules, paytables, and RTP figures applicable to each game are embedded within the game interface. ibetmy does not alter the mathematical parameters of third-party games.
6.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during game play, ibetmy will endeavour to resolve the round using the game provider's recorded server-side game state. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to the account balance.
6.4 ibetmy reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a human or technical error, whether or not the bet has been confirmed. ibetmy will notify affected users and refund the stake promptly.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ibetmy Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any ibetmy content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 The ibetmy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ibetmy makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibetmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 ibetmy's aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to the ibetmy Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

13.2 Your continued use of the ibetmy Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your ibetmy account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibetmy holds its gaming licence. In the event of a conflict between jurisdictional legal provisions, the law of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ibetmy, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting ibetmy customer support. ibetmy will acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
